I’ve been helping Beau Sullivan from the Touratech warehouse recently on his 1989 Suzuki GS500E.  While walking him though the engine rebuild process I realized how little thought is often given to the gaskets.

A large group of riders (the leaders and sweep riders for the group rides) camped in the mountains to pre-run and proof these routes.  We needed to confirm that the routes work and that they concur with the difficulty ratings applied.

The beginning of April each year also means it is time for the annual Stumpjumper Desert 100..  This is a weekend I always look forward to, it is the biggest riding event I go to, and one of the few times I get to ride desert.
