Last weekend over 500 riders descended upon the tiny town of Plain, WA for the 2015 Touratech Rally. This was the fifth year of the rally and what started as an informal gathering of adventure motorcycle enthusiasts has turned into the largest adventure rally on the West Coast.
A large group of riders (the leaders and sweep riders for the group rides) camped in the mountains to pre-run and proof these routes. We needed to confirm that the routes work and that they concur with the difficulty ratings applied.
We would like to let you know of a road detour due to construction in the area of the Touratech Rally West. Coming from Stevens Pass only, there is a bridge closure June 1st to July 1st. You will need to follow the detour signs. This will add approximately 11 miles to your ride.
The Touratech Rally (West) is now less than a month away. For a small cadre of Touratech-USA staff and volunteers the riding started weeks ago, before the long Memorial Day weekend.
Touratech is excited to announce that this year’s Touratech Rally West will have two different class programs (including one for ladies only) for attendees to choose from.

The 2014 Touratech Rally took place Thursday, June 26th through Sunday, June 29th near the town of Plain, WA. This year’s rally was held in conjunction with the Washington Overland Rally and included camping, classes, GPS tracks, guided rides and guest speakers.
