Adam Shani, an Israeli diesel mechanic, purchased a wrecked BMW Motorrad HP2 Enduro in South Africa, repaired it, and started a Round-The-World trip 2.5 years ago. Since departing, Adam has explored 60 countries on four continents and has accumulated more than 80,000 miles on his BMW.

Touratech-USA’s Tom Myers and Paul Guillien, accompanied by a group of riders that included Bryce Stevens of Trails.com, Rob Watt of A990 Bags, Joe Lloyd of Curbsyde Productions, Justin Bradshaw of Butler Motorcycle Maps and Justin Summers of KLiM, spent eight days in the Utah backcountry working to establish an off-road route across the state, what they’ve dubbed the Utah Backcountry Discovery Route.
The Urban X-Over is a DL650 V-Strom built by Touratech in close collaboration with Suzuki. This one of a kind motorcycle was unveiled at the Frankfurt Motor Show this past September.
Triumph just announced that it will add another model to its 2012 lineup, the Tiger Explorer. Triumph’s newest Adventure motorcycle will be unveiled at the EICMA show in Milan on November 8th.
