After the first weekend of challenges at the BMW Motorrad International GS Trophy 2014, Team CEEU (Central and Eastern Europe) holds a slight lead over France and South Africa. The first weekend of this week-long adventure, saw the 48 competitors and 16 journalists get their first real taste of the adventure, as the route took them into the heart of the spectacular Rocky Mountains.
64 riders from 16 teams and18 nations with will be competing on Touratech-equipped R1200GS motorcycles: Germany, USA, Japan, United Kingdom, Canada, Italy, France, Russia, Brazil, CEEU (Central East Europe), Austria / Switzerland, Latin America, Argentina and the Trophy newcomers Mexico and Korea.
Photographer, philanthropist and ADV enthusiast, Ross Gordon, is preparing for the trip of a lifetime aboard his Touratech equipped KTM 990 Adventure. Ross’ goal is to travel around the world, photographing the people he meets along the way.
