Summer is here, and the snow in the Cascades is finally melting. Time to take advantage of all the beautiful riding the Pacific Northwest has to offer. The CycoActive crew has been busy on the weekends riding up to all the peaks they can find, checking the snow level and finding out (the hard way) which high roads are passable and which are not.
Castaic, CA – (May 1, 2010) In a display of tremendous balance, precision handling, and total control of the BMW R1200GS, Touratech’s Iain Glynn put on a show for spectators by out-maneuvering the field of competitors at the 2010 BMW GS Trophy Challenge, earning the top position, representing the USA at the International GS Trophy in South Africa this November.
Castaic, CA – (April 30, 2010) Riding his 450 pound BMW HP2 with trials riding precision, Touratech-USA President, Tom Myers negotiated the Adventure Rider Challenge (ARC) course on Saturday with a nearly perfect score to place 1st. Spectators and fellow competitors could not believe their eyes as they watched Myers tackle obstacles such as railroad tie lined hill climbs, deep mud holes, and sand pits effortlessly on the 1200cc enduro bike.
