Day 4 – Go-Karts & Go Time
Not much to report on today. It was an easy ride down to Salt Lake City, and then to Miller Motorsports Park to meet up with everyone. I arrived in time to watch the celebrity go-kart races, which were pretty fun. It was entertaining to see the race teams crowded around a guy in a little go-kart. It looked like everyone was having a good time.
After watching a few laps I head back to the hotel to check in and take a much needed shower. It was nice to relax for a bit and catch up on emails and blog entries. Tonight we’ll all go out with the Cycle World crew for a real dinner. As much as I like eating freeze-dried camp food, it’ll be nice to have a real meal tonight. This weekend is going to be a lot of fun. No real set schedule, other than a track tour on Saturday evening, so it’ll be nice and relaxing watching the races and staying put for a few days.
