Seattle, WA -Sales & Customer Service (Full-Time 9am-5:30pm, Mon-Fri)

We’re looking for individuals with a positive attitude and passion for motorcycles to join the sales and customer support team as an Adventure Expert in our retail store. In this role, you will assist customers with product choices and upgrades for their motorcycles with the best parts, gear & accessories for adventure motorcycle touring.

As a member of our team, you will deliver an outstanding customer experience with every person that contacts our company whether in-store, over the phone or via email & chat correspondence. You will need to explain product features, specifications and applications for aftermarket upgrades for various models of adventure/touring motorcycles. You will also assist customers with sizing and fitment of a premium line of riding jackets, pants, gloves, helmets and other garments. You can use your problem solving and communication skills to help customers with technical product support.

Candidate must understand our adventure rider customer, and maintain complete communication to ensure a positive experience. This position may also involve in-store or regional customer events.

Brookfield, CT -Retail Manager (Full-Time 9:30am-6pm, Tues-Sat)

 We are expanding our retail presence to the East Coast with a new store near Danbury, CT. We seek an energetic individual to help lead our small team to deliver an unparalleled brand experience while helping customers discover and evaluate the right products for their motorcycle adventures.

Job Description Summary: The Retail Manager is the primary key holder and has responsibility for all store supervisory functions and results, including but not limited to staff management, sales and revenue generation, assisting with employee recruitment, development & training, retail performance and customer experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Actively drive store sales, explain product features, specifications, and applications for various models of adventure touring motorcycles, assist customers with evaluating fit and choice of helmets, riding gear and apparel, ensure a positive customer experience whether in-store or via phone, email or chat, technical product support, store operational excellence, cash reconciliation, shipment processing, back room organization, store cleanliness, reporting to company management, and all other operational needs and procedures.
